周建力

周建力,中共党员,1995年11月生,新疆伊犁人,管理科学与工程专业博士。2022年北京市优秀毕业生获得者,同年以永利总站ylzz55A类优秀青年人才及自治区天池英才优秀青年博士引进至永利总站ylzz55,现为副教授、硕士生导师、新疆能源碳中和战略与决策研究中心副主任、西北能源碳中和教育部工程研究中心研究人员。目前主持国家级课题2项、省部级课题2项,在能源、电力领域国内外权威SCI、SSCI、EI期刊上发表论文37篇,其中中科院1区TOP期刊论文25篇,Web of Science数据库H指数21,Scopus数据库H指数21。

²2024年8月起任中国技术经济学会边疆生态与资源技术经济专业委员会副秘书长

²2024年受邀担任可持续领域SCI/SSCI双检索期刊《Sustainability》的客座主编,负责“Analysis of Energy Systems from the Perspective of Sustainability”研究主题的组稿工作;

²2023年受邀担任能源领域SCI期刊《Frontiers in Energy Research》的客座主编,负责“Modeling Practice and Mechanism Design of Green Energy Systems towards Sustainable Development”研究主题的组稿工作;

²2023年1月受邀在发改委主管的《中国改革报》上刊登文章(题目:氢能开启中国与沙特合作新版图),探讨了我国与中东国家发展绿电和绿氢的合作路径;

²2022年受邀担任能源领域SCI期刊《Energies》的客座编辑,负责“Wind/PV/Hydrogen Integrated Energy System for a Clean Future”研究主题的组稿工作;

²2022年入选并担任国内能源电力领域重要学术期刊《中国电力》的青年编委

²已担任过能源、电力、环境、可持续发展领域二十余本SCI/SSCI/EI/中文核心期刊的同行审稿人,并荣获《电力系统自动化》2023年度“优秀审稿专家”荣誉称号;

²担任第九届、第十届、第十一届全国大学生能源经济学术创意大赛(教育部学科竞赛榜单一类赛事)新疆赛区联系人,并荣获第十届大赛贡献奖。
